Design for the Young Guns wine tasting event
All of the designs below were done for the Young Guns wine tasting event that Wine Cellar does every year. The event happens in Johannesburg and Cape Town in the same week. The designs were used for a poster, email invitations and promotions, online banners for paid advertising and social media posts, printed booklets and projected presentations.
This light-hearted design concept, which is carried through from year to year, consists of superimposing the heads of the wine makers onto bodies that fit the theme. This year’s theme was inspired by old fashioned American gangsters. Lots of Tommy guns, hats and suits helped to give this the right look.
Young Guns 2017
The concept was carried through into 2017. This year’s theme was inspired by cave men and going “back to basics”.
